RETURN & REFUND
We are happy to answer any questions related to Sudeshna Makhal Jewels products, but are unable to process any returns, exchanges or refunds for any product purchased on or outside of sudeshnamakhal.com. Each piece ordered on sudeshnamakhal.com is made to order and the dimensions and images of pieces are displayed clearly. Sudeshna Makhal Jewels will not return or refund for the products once received by the customer.
Note: Our products may contain natural embellishments like semi-precious stones, wood, resin, etc which are natural products and may contain irregularities. This is a natural feature, and will not be considered as a defect.
Colors: Since the resolution and colour composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colours of products displayed on our website.
SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
We offer free shipping within India and all orders can be tracked online (Indian Speed Post//Courier Service). We prepare your order with love and care. It will take us anywhere between 2 to 10 working days (depending on the piece) to dispatch the products from our end, after which they will be shipped out to you. Transit time within India is usually two to three working days. We promise that the jewellery will make up for the wait once it gets to you!

Custom made orders are dispatched within roughly 12 to 14 working days after approval of artwork by you. Artwork is sent to you within 2 to 7 working days of receipt of order (and payment). We do offer a couple of alternative artworks in case you are not satisfied with the original design sent. Only once you approve of the artwork it is sent for handcrafting/manufacturing. We do not share artwork before an order is placed.
TRACKING
Once your order is shipped out, we will email you the tracking number and tracking link.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE INDIA
Sudeshna Makhal Jewels is not selling products outside India from the sudeshnamakhal.com website at this moment. The information we collect from the prospective learner/customer such as name, email ID, Mobile number etc. are only for communication purpose, we don’t share these details with anyone else.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, cancellation cannot be be made on the purchases made during the special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Dusserah, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
